We are all transmissible agents.

I am a Wasatch climber and a physician at the university hospital and Caryn is a PA; we are both in internal medicine. We are starting to see cases come in. We are just at the beginning of this uphill battle. Our team meets everyday to talk about how we can prepare more for what is to come; we all fear that we could run out of PPE, beds, and, worst of all, ventilators. This has been happening at other hospitals across the world. If we don’t act now to #flattenthecurve, we might see the worst possible scenario.  We have to think about how our actions might affect people’s lives. We are all transmissible agents. - @danibabb & @petersce86

The SLCA wants to highlight our health care workers (and their support networks) who are on the sharp end with their present day experiences. Please tag @saltlakeclimbers with your messages to your climbing community from the front lines within the health care system. And thank you, thank you, thank you - from all of us.
